Effective June 15, 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how this site handles your data, not legal advice.

The short version

This is a personal website. The only personal data I collect is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe. I don't sell it, I don't share it, and there are no tracking cookies on this site.

What I collect, and why

• Your email address: only when you subscribe, used solely to send the newsletter. Stored in my own database hosted on Cloudflare (D1). No third-party email-marketing platform receives your address.
• Anonymous, cookieless analytics: aggregate page-view counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data or cross-site identifiers.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare: website hosting, privacy-friendly analytics, and subscriber storage (D1).

Both are bound by their own privacy terms. I don't pass your data to anyone else.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email.
• Access or delete your data. Reach out and I'll handle it.
• If you're in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection.

What I don't do

• No selling or renting your data, ever.
• No tracking cookies, no ad networks, no cross-site profiling.
• No collecting more than the email you choose to give me.
