Who this is for
You use AI every day, and you can feel it getting good enough to be scary. You are skilled at your actual work. You do not want to be the person who hands the whole job to a tool and calls it done. You are not necessarily a coder. You want proof you can amplify what you do instead of being replaced by it. That is exactly who I built this for, because that is me.
The weekend
Before we start. You pick one workflow that eats your time. Email triage, research, drafting, reports, whatever it is for you. You bring a real target, not a toy.
Day one. What a work AI actually is: memory, your context, and tools, not ten chat tabs open at once. We stand up the spine and build your first agent against your real workflow. It does one real thing by the end of the day.
Day two. You give it your knowledge, wire one automation, and learn the discipline that keeps your judgment in the loop. You leave with a running system and a plan to extend it yourself.
How it runs
Live, one weekend, a small group. Saturday and Sunday, a few hours each day, recorded so you keep it. Live is the point. People finish live cohorts. They abandon self-paced courses at twelve percent.
Why I'm teaching it
I watched an AI rebuild two months of my work in an afternoon. I could have put the tool down and felt cheapened by it. Instead I went deeper and built my own system to run my work, on my terms, with my judgment still in charge. This workshop is the exact thing I did, taught so you can do it in a weekend.
